Who exactly is the Branding Masterplan for?
The Branding Masterplan is specifically designed for Principal Architects, practice owners, and senior leaders who want to strategically position their architecture firm as one of the most highly sought-after firms in their niche.
It is an ideal framework for start-ups who want to have an immediate impact and scale-ups that want to attract ideal high-value clients, differentiate clearly from competitors, and significantly increase profitability.

There may be a longer wait, but we do run Branding Masterplan workshops for business owners and marketing directors for non-architecture businesses.

How is the workshop structured and delivered?
The Branding Masterplan is a 12-week online programme, delivered through live group Zoom video calls with Daniel Patterson. Each session is 90-120 minutes long and includes structured exercises, real-time feedback, peer discussion, and actionable next steps to build your bespoke brand strategy.
How many participants are in each cohort?
To ensure personalised attention, meaningful interaction, and a high-quality experience, each Branding Masterplan cohort is strictly limited to 10 participants for online cohorts and 8 participants for in-person cohorts.
What results can I realistically expect?
Participants who fully engage in the programme typically gain absolute clarity on brand positioning, significantly increase client desirability, raise fees confidently, eliminate guesswork in marketing efforts, and improve profitability through strategic brand-building.
What if I can't attend one of the live sessions?
All sessions are recorded, so if you miss a session, you’ll have immediate access to the recordings and resources. However, live attendance is strongly recommended for maximum benefit from real-time interaction and peer collaboration.
Can I involve other members of my leadership?
Yes!
Your registration includes up to two seats, allowing you to bring along a senior leader or key stakeholder to ensure alignment within your firm throughout the brand-building process.

How much time should I dedicate weekly?
Each live session is approximately 90-120 minutes per week. We recommend setting aside an additional 1–2 hours weekly for completing workshop exercises and applying your new knowledge.

Most of our Branding Masterplan cohorts are delivered entirely online and are designed to accommodate architects internationally. Participants are invited to join from any global region.
How much is it? Are payment plans available?
The standard fee is £1,499 + VAT.
Flexible payment plans are available upon request.
Payment will be requested upon confirmed acceptance of your place within a specified cohort.
What if I need more support outside the sessions?
Throughout the 12-week programme, Daniel and the team are available via a community app + forum for ongoing support and questions.
Additional 1:1 coaching or consultancy services can also be arranged separately, should you require further assistance.
How do I secure my place in the next cohort?

What if my competitors are in the same cohort?
We carefully screen participants to minimise direct competition within the same cohort. If there is a possibility of significant overlap, we’ll discuss it transparently with you before finalising your place. Our goal is always to create a safe, collaborative environment where all participants feel comfortable sharing openly and benefiting fully.
